How do I ask the app how to do something?
Use the Voice Tutor. You speak your question in your own language and it answers out loud.
- Tap the round tutor button at the bottom-right corner of any screen. A chat panel opens.
- Tap the microphone button and allow microphone access if asked.
- Ask your question, for example "How do I add a product?". Speak in Urdu, Hindi, English or another language.
- Tap the red stop button. The tutor thinks for a moment, then answers out loud and shows the words on screen.
- Tap the microphone again to ask another question. Tap the down arrow to collapse the chat to the round button (your conversation is kept), or the X to end it.
How much does the Voice Tutor cost?
Talking costs 1 token for every 3 minutes, and at least 1 token each time you open the tutor. This applies on every plan, including Pro. The screen shows how many tokens you have used and your balance.
What if I run out of tokens?
The tutor stops and tells you that you need more tokens. Buy a token pack from the tokens screen, then open the Voice Tutor again.
How do I use variants or secondary units? The tutor says they are off.
- Open the side menu, open Settings, then tap Configure Features.
- Turn on Variants or Secondary Units.
- Save. You can now use them when you add or edit a product.
Why does the Voice Tutor say I need internet?
The tutor works over the internet, unlike the rest of the app. Connect to the internet and open it again.
