Example shop: a wholesaler who supplies 60 retail shops. Goods are sold by the carton, most customers buy on credit and pay weekly, and the owner needs to know exactly who owes how much.

Which features should a wholesale shop turn on?

How do I charge my trade customers a wholesale price?

1. Open Manage → Products and open a product (or add a new one).
2. Set Sale Price to the price most of your customers pay. If you also sell at retail, tap Show more details and note the other price in Wholesale Price for reference.
3. On a Sale Invoice, you can change the Rate of any line, or give a Discount on it, for a customer who gets a special price.

How do I sell by carton and by piece?

1. Turn on Secondary Units in Configure Features.
2. Open the product. Keep the main Measuring Unit as the smallest unit you sell (e.g. Piece).
3. Tap Add Secondary Unit. Enter the unit name (e.g. Carton) and Qty per Primary Unit (e.g. 24).
4. Save. On the invoice, choose the unit for each line. Stock is kept in pieces automatically.

How do I bill a shop that buys on credit?

1. Tap Sale on the Dashboard and pick the customer shop.
2. Add the items. Choose Carton or Piece for each line.
3. Enter what they paid now in Paid Amount (or 0) and save. The rest is added to what they owe.

How do I send a price quotation before the order?

1. Create the invoice as usual.
2. Tap Save as Quotation instead of saving as an invoice. Stock and balances are not changed.
3. Share it on WhatsApp. When the customer agrees, open it from History → Sales Quotation History and save it as an invoice.

How do I add all my customer shops with their old balances?

Add each shop under Manage → Customers. Enter what they owe today in Current Balance and choose Receivable. If they are already in your phone's contacts, use Choose from your contacts to save typing.

How do I record a payment a customer brings in?

1. Tap Payment on the Dashboard.
2. Pick the customer, enter the amount and choose cash or bank.
3. Save. Their balance goes down and the payment receipt can be shared on WhatsApp.

How do I see who owes me the most?

Open Reports → Receivable / Payable. To see every invoice and payment for one customer, open them from Manage → Customers.

How do I print a rate list for my customers?

Open Reports → Sale Rate List. Purchase Rate List shows your buying prices.

How do I give my order booker their own login?

1. Open Manage → Employees Access.
2. Add the employee and tick only the screens they need, e.g. Sale Invoice and Customers.
3. They log in with their own details and see only those screens.
