Example shop: a shop in the main bazaar with a godown two streets away, and a salesman who runs the counter. The owner wants to know what is in the shop and what is in the godown, and to see everything from their own phone.

How do I add my godown or second branch?
- Open Manage → Locations/Warehouse. Your shop is already there as the main location.
- Tap Add Location. Enter the Location Name (e.g. "Godown") and choose the Type: Warehouse or Display Center.
- Save.
How do I move stock from the godown to the shop?
- Open the menu, then Transaction → Stock Transfer.
- Choose From Location (Godown) and To Location (Shop).
- Tap Add Item, pick the items and quantities, and save.
Past transfers are listed in the stock transfer history.
How do I see stock at each location?
Open Reports → Stock Report. It shows quantities for each location and the total.
How do I give my salesman a login without showing profits?
- Open Manage → Employees Access and add the employee.
- Tick only what they need, e.g. Sale Invoice, Customers and Products. Leave Reports unticked.
- They log in on their own phone. Their sales appear on yours when both phones are online.
Can I use Sparkify on my phone and my computer at the same time?
Yes. Log in with the same account on the phone app and at sell.sparkify.space on a computer. Each device works offline and syncs when it is connected to the internet.
How do I keep track of jobs for my staff?
Open the menu, then Utilities → ToDo List, to note tasks such as "Count godown stock on Friday".
